Open Haus, Noon-5pm
After hours in the Ratskeller, 5-10pm
Saturday ONLY, take free tours of the GAI's historic Haus and enjoy live demonstrations throughout the day. Demonstrations include making German paper stars, yarn spinning, sausage making, and researching your family tree with the Germanic Genealogy Society of Minnesota. You will also have the opportunity to learn about the GAI's language classes, clubs, and membership opportunities, as well as language camps and workshops at Concordia Language Villages.
After the vendors close, join us in the Ratskeller for an evening of singing carols, trivia, and a limited holiday menu.

The Open Haus food and festivities continue on Sunday, with the addition of St. Nikolaus.
Sunday ONLY, bring the Kinder to visit St. Nikolaus, receive a free Adventskalendar (while supplies last), and do crafts with Kinderstube German Immersion Preschool.
