    This is German soul food­—succulent roast pork and pork ribs with sauerkraut and potatoes. Toast your companions with Paulaner draft beer or German and Austrian wine, and if you have room, there are linzer bars for dessert.

    Before or after dinner, shop for German goods from Evelyn's Bunzlau Polish Pottery or German Specialty Imports and sample Paulaner beers and Liz Pearson’s raw probiotic sauerkraut. Advance tickets required.

    Travel to Germany with us!

    The Germanic-American Institute is excited to offer a guided tour to the Rhineland region of Germany,  August 12 to 21, 2019. This trip has been designed especially for GAI members, their family, and friends. Defined Destinations Travel will take you to some of the most iconic places in Germany, with stops at beautiful sites along the Rhine River, and historic cities including Rothenburg, Würzburg, Trier, and Cologne. The tour includes airfare, taxes, tours and day cruises, and 16 meals including daily breakfast and 8 dinners.
